HSE OFFICER
QUALIFICATION
- Minimum Diploma 3/Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Environmental) or Public Health/K3.
- General/Construction K3 Expert Certificate (Ministry of Manpower/BNSP) preferred.
- 2-5 years of experience in safety or project management (construction/mining preferred)
- Strong understanding of HSE standards: ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 9001
- Proven experience in HSE, particularly in risk management, auditing, and compliance
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Proficient in MS Office
- Strong analytical thinking skills with a continuous improvement mindset
- Ability to provide training and outreach related to K3
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Conduct Safety Tool, patrol the work area (safety patrol), and check work permits.
- Identify potential hazards, prepare HIRADC (Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Determining Control) and JSA (Job Safety Analysis).
- Prepare weekly/monthly HSE performance reports and investigate incidents.
- Ensure workers use PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and comply with OHS standards (CSMS).
