QUALIFICATION
- Minimum of a high school (SMA) or vocational high school (SMK) graduate, with a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications.
- Generally, 1 to 3 years of experience in sales or customer service.
- Excellent persuasive communication skills and strong negotiation skills.
- In-depth understanding of the technical details and benefits of the product/service being sold.
- Persistent, resilient (not easily giving up when rejected), highly self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
- Able to use MS Office and similar programs.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Identify and contact potential customers through cold calling, email, etc.
- Offer and explain the features, specifications, and benefits of products or services to customers.
- Provide price quotes, negotiate contracts, and convince customers to make a purchase.
- Maintain good communication with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat purchases.
- Work hard to meet or exceed sales targets.
